coccygeal nerve

1. Dura mater laceration and cerebrospinal fluid leak happened in 3 cases, coccygeal nerve damage resulting in leg numbness appeared in 1 case. Those cases all received operations at the early stage, and there were no similar complication or infection presenting in intervertebral gap.
   3例出现硬膜囊撕裂、脑脊液漏，1例出现马尾神经损伤引起下肢局部麻木，均发生在早期手术病例，随着临床经验的积累，目前未发生类似并发症，未见椎间隙感染的发生。

   结果腰骶部各节段的前根漂浮在脑脊液中下行，与后根一起构成马尾神经。
